We provide a 10-Year Warranty on craftsmanship, and our products are supported by a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE for both craftsmanship and quality. If you're not satisfied with the quality upon receiving your product, simply return it within 7 days for a full refund of the purchase price.

Terms & Conditions

• Change of Mind/Incorrect Sizing: Items must be returned in their original sale condition within 7 days of receipt, unworn, unused, and undamaged.
• Inspection: All items undergo a thorough inspection before dispatch. Damage occurring during use is considered normal wear and tear beyond our control.
• Sale/Clearance Items: No refunds or exchanges unless defective at the time of sale.
• Exchanges and Returns: If the error is ours, we cover all costs. If due to customer error, the return must include a prepaid satchel for sending out the correct product. Shipping costs may apply without a prepaid parcel.
• Exchange Value: For exchanges of differing value from the original purchase, we will contact you to confirm any additional charge or refund.
• Refunds: Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
• In-Store Returns: Items must be returned in-store within 7 days of receipt with proof of purchase for a refund or exchange.
• Aftercare: Following our aftercare instructions is essential to maintain warranty terms.

LIFETIME GUARANTEE
SupaTuff products are made with supreme quality webbing, fittings and exceptional quality stitching and finishing.  As a result they easily last a lifetime and are backed by our LIFETIME GUARANTEE.  

• ‘Lifetime Guarantee’ refers to the lifespan of the dog and covers the function of the product under a manufacturer’s guarantee. Damage caused by the dog, another dog or by environmental or physical activities to either the material or the hardware is not covered, e.g. chewing, rubbing on hard surfaces, beach use, etc...
• Our 'Lifetime Guarantee' covers manufacturer’s faults within the expected lifetime as subject to assessment and as determined by Australian Consumer Law.
• Use of our products for sporting or working dogs is not considered normal wear and tear.
• If the product retains its functional purpose, then minor issues from wear and tear such as fraying, loss of eyelets or colour fading are not covered. All claims must be submitted to infor@rogueroyalty.com.au in writing with images of the fault, a description of issue and an invoice number or proof of purchase.
• If your dog is prone to rubbing and/or rough on collars we recommend you select a leather collar with solid steel or brass hardware or a collar from the SupaTuff range.  Rose gold and black fittings are double plated however these fittings may scratch or chip.
• Rogue Royalty is not obliged to pay for freight or other associated costs whereby a refund or replacement is unsuccessful.

If you receive/purchase a SupaTuff® item and think it isn’t a truly quality product you will receive a full refund on the item purchase price if you return it to us within 7 days of receipt.

We recommend applying our All Natural Leather Balm immediately after purchasing your leather collar. This balm forms a protective barrier on the surface while nourishing the leather fibers, ensuring longevity and protection.

Maintenance Tips for Leather
Leather is a natural material that requires regular care to maintain its premium condition. Improper care, use, or maintenance may damage the leather and void the product warranty.

Handling Wet Leather

• Avoid Speed Drying: Rapid drying can alter the leather's chemical structure, leading to cracks or stiffness.
• Dry Slowly: Air drying at room temperature is preferable to direct sunlight or using a hair dryer. Slow drying helps maintain the leather's shape.
• Avoid Harsh Conditions: Prevent leather contact with salt water, chlorine, or harsh chemicals, as these can corrode the leather and damage its natural fibers.

Storing Your Leather Collar

• Ventilation is Key: Keep leather collars well ventilated to prevent mold and fungal growth.
• Avoid Plastic Wrap: Do not store leather in plastic, as it hinders ventilation.

Cleaning Your Leather Dog Collar

• Gentle Cleaning: Clean as needed with a damp cloth dabbed in mild soapy water.
• Air Dry: Allow the collar to air dry out of direct sunlight.
• Conditioning: If the leather becomes dry, apply Rogue Royalty All Natural Leather Balm to nourish and protect it from within.

Dress Leather Collars
Our luxury dress collars feature handmade designs with rose gold, black plated fittings, beads, crystals, and other embellishments. With heavy use, these collars and fittings may sustain damage, though the collar remains functional. For dogs prone to rough wear, we recommend selecting dark leather collars with solid steel or brass hardware, or collars from our SupaTuff range. Please note, while rose gold and black fittings are double plated, they may scratch or chip over time.

Our team processes orders daily and all orders are picked early in the morning and despatched by 2 pm. NOTE: Ordering the night before or early morning before 7:00 am helps us process your order.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

We ship to any address in the world. Each country determines customs or duties that may be levied on goods and your order may incur charges due to factors that are beyond our control. Please check with your local customs for rules, restrictions, or tax duties before ordering.

Rogue Royalty offers shipping insurance to cover lost deliveries or items damaged in transit. If the shipping insurance option is not chosen we are unable to insure and therefore at times unable to replace uninsured items. 

FREE SHIPPING.

Free Shipping is done at Rogue Royalty discretion. In selected FREE SHIPPING the customer acknowledges and accepts Rogue Royalty is free from any liabilities therein. 

EXPRESS/COURIER SERVICE.

Express shipping applies for orders placed before 10 am on the previous day.

Same or next-day Express services are not guaranteed when shipped to states other than NSW and may take a longer period of time.
