We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there may be customs restrictions on some items i.e. treats, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order from outside Australia, please allow around 2 weeks to receive your product before contacting us. In most cases, our customers receive their order within a week, however courier shipping delays or processes may affect this time frame. We send international orders via Australia Post and are not responsible for charges incurred by recipient country customs or authorities.
