We only use quality bridle leather for all our products.
We do not use PUleather orsynthetic leather.  Products made from PU Leather are commonly sold as leather howeverit's an imitation of real leather created from polyurethane, a plastic with a similar feel and aspect to the leather.

The most common way to create PU leather is using a cover of plastic polyurethane or a polyurethane coating and apply it to a base made of fiber (generally polyester). The PU leather can be combined with real leather to make a product known as "bi-cast' or "double-cast" leather. "Bi cast" leather is a base of real leather which is later is covered by a PVC or PU layer.

Every product is handcrafted by our highly skilled team using only the highest quality materials. We give a 10-Year Warranty on the workmanship and our products are fully backed with a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE for workmanship and quality.  If you receive your product and are not satisfied with the quality, send it back within 7 days of receipt and we provide a full refund for the cost of the product.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. All items for change of mind/incorrect sizing must be in original sale condition, returned within 7 days of receipt and must be unworn, unused and undamaged.
  2. All items are fully inspected before despatch and any damage done whilst worn is wear and tear beyond our control.
  3. No refunds or exchanges are provided on sale/clearance items unless defective from point of sale.
  4. Exchanges and returns. If the error is on our part we will compensate all costs. If it is customer generated, the return must include a prepaid satchel which will be used to send out the correct product. Shipping costs may apply if a pre-paid parcel is not included.
  5. For exchange requests that are higher/lower in value than your original purchase, our team will contact you to confirm the charge/refund amount before the exchange can be completed.
  6. All refunds will be provided via the original method of purchase.
  7. Items purchased must be returned in store within 7 days of receipt with proof of purchase to process refund or exchange.
  8. All after care instructions must be followed to maintain warranty terms.

ORDER PICKING

Our team processes orders daily and all orders are picked early in the morning and despatched by 2 pm. NOTE: Ordering the night before or early morning before 7:00 am helps us process your order.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

We ship to any address in the world. Each country determines customs or duties that may be levied on goods and your order may incur charges due to factors that are beyond our control. Please check with your local customs for rules, restrictions, or tax duties before ordering.

Rogue Royalty offers shipping insurance to cover lost deliveries or items damaged in transit. If the shipping insurance option is not chosen we are unable to insure and therefore at times unable to replace uninsured items. 

FREE SHIPPING.

Free Shipping is done at Rogue Royalty discretion. In selected FREE SHIPPING the customer acknowledges and accepts Rogue Royalty is free from any liabilities therein. 

EXPRESS/COURIER SERVICE.

Express shipping applies for orders placed before 10 am on the previous day.

Same or next-day Express services are not guaranteed when shipped to states other than NSW and may take a longer period of time.
