Delivery

Rogue Royalty  believes in prompt order delivery. Using carefully orchestrated dispatch and delivery systems we will endeavour to ship out your order within two working days.

Our chosen delivery contractors include Australia Post and TNT couriers. Their professionalism and commitment to quality delivery services has provided us with the comfort that our customers will be dealing with the right people especially when it comes mail order processing.  For large or bulky orders we will communicate with you to discuss further options. In the event that an item cannot be posted through the normal channels, you will be presented with the best possible price and solution of freight.

Customer orders are processed on a daily basis and usually ship out within 2-3 working days.

In the event that stock is not available due to circumstances beyond our control you will have option to either cancel the order or simply have it placed on our backorder system. Once the goods have arrived you will advised and the order will proceed as normal.

Deliveries to a different address are possible. Simply nominate the delivery address in the order shopping cart facility.

Order cancellation can only be accepted by email prior to the order leaving our distribution centre. After that time we ask you to follow the steps outlined in our cancellation policy

Cancellation

You can cancel your order as long as the order has not already entered the delivery process. Please contact us by email on info@rogueroyalty.com.au

 You will need to provide us with your name, the shipping address, and receipt number. If the order has already entered the delivery process then you will need to wait for it to be delivered and then arrangements made for the item to be sent back to enable the system of refunding to be undertaken.

Refunds & Returns

Why should online retailing be any different? Rogue Royalty believes in total customer satisfaction in the event that you are not satisfied with your order and it meets our refund criteria we will begin the refund process for you.

In the event that a swap or a refund is agreed too -  the customer will be expected to pay the delivery fees for the return of stock and the dispatch of the exchange item we will entertain the swap.  If the error is on our behalf of course we will cover all costs and the aforementioned does not apply.

IMPORTANT: The following criterion needs your attention before any consideration is given to a refund.

  1. 1. If the reason for the return is due to damaged or faulty goods OR if the return was caused by our actions, then we will pay for return postage. You are then offered the following options.
  2. 2. If you're returning goods for any other reason Rogue Royalty will credit the purchaser for the full amount of the goods.
    This system is totally open to audit concerns and is individually numbered for easy reference. Under the retail trading laws a customer can return goods for a refund, repair or replacement if:

In some instances, customers don't have a legal right to a refund. The item may be the wrong size. It may be an unwanted gift. Perhaps the customer has changed his or her mind. In these circumstances we as a business are not obliged to refund the money, exchange the goods or even give a credit note unless this has been agreed by your salesperson before the sale or it is your store's stated policy.

Rogue Royalty will be happy to treat each individual case on its merits and often goodwill will prevail, however the decision lays with the company and clear reasons will be given once a decision is made.

When customers are returning faulty goods, they may also lose their right to a refund if the goods have not been used in accordance with instructions, or have been abused or damaged.

If there are any other problems with your product please contact us for further advice. Sometimes a simple misunderstanding can come about afterall we are human and can make mistakes. To avoid unnecessary delays in return shipping and handling charges please do not hesitate to contact us via email.

In the event that Rogue Royalty agrees to an exchange or a refund you are required to meet a minimum pre-requisite and one which is simple; The goods must be in original packaging, undamaged and in re-saleable condition.

Along with this, the item must have all accessories included with the return package in order for the credit process to be undertaken. Missing or damaged items will not be accepted and the refund / credit will not take place.

RETURNS POLICY


Rogue Royalty accepts that occasionally products arrive that may have been damaged in transit or did not meet your expectations. If the product you ordered is damaged, faulty or does not meet your expectations, then simply return your purchase within 8 days (or 14 days for damaged goods) for a full refund. We also offer refund or exchange on any products you may have had a skin reaction to. Please return any such products within 8 days of receiving the goods.

 
(We are sorry we cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods).

Goods Damaged in Transit

If your purchase is damaged in transit we will send you a "no charge" replacement, freight free. You will need to return the damaged product to us for assessment within 14 days.

How to Make a Return

All we ask is that you print and fill in the Returns Form below, and return the product in its original condition with its packaging. We will also need a copy of your order confirmation record and goods receipt.
