Terms & Conditions

Change of Mind/Incorrect Sizing: Items must be returned in their original sale condition within 7 days of receipt, unworn, unused, and undamaged.
Inspection: All items undergo a thorough inspection before dispatch. Damage occurring during use is considered normal wear and tear beyond our control.
Sale/Clearance Items: No refunds or exchanges unless defective at the time of sale.
Exchanges and Returns: If the error is ours, we cover all costs. If due to customer error, the return must include a prepaid satchel for sending out the correct product. Shipping costs may apply without a prepaid parcel.
Exchange Value: For exchanges of differing value from the original purchase, we will contact you to confirm any additional charge or refund.
Refunds: Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
In-Store Returns: Items must be returned in-store within 7 days of receipt with proof of purchase for a refund or exchange.

AFTER CARE

Our quality accessories are made to provide you with many years of use. Follow our aftercare instructions to ensure your maintenance compliments its longevity and quality.

Use lukewarm water with and all-purpose detergent.
Hand wash is sufficient.
Avoid excessive exposure to chlorine
After beach trips rinse with fresh water
Use a mesh bag and choose a low-temperature cycle if the washing machine
Never bleach
Avoid drying in direct sun, on concrete or hot surface
Avoid using dryer

Clips & General Maintenance Tips

Clips and snaps should be checked for fine sand or dust regularly
Avoid other dogs biting or chewing on collar or harness as this may tear the webbing and cause fraying.
Do not leave gear lying around outside, back of trailer or constantly exposed to direct heat.

Rogue Royalty offers shipping insurance to cover lost deliveries or items damaged in transit. If the shipping insurance option is not chosen we are unable to insure and therefore at times unable to replace uninsured items.

• Use of our products for sporting or working dogs is not considered normal wear and tear.
• If the product retains its functional purpose, minor issues from wear and tear such as fraying, loss of eyelets or colour fading are not covered. All claims must be submitted to info@rogueroyalty.com.au in writing with images of the fault, a description of issue and an invoice number or proof of purchase.
• Rogue Royalty is not obliged to pay for freight or other associated costs whereby a refund or replacement is unsuccessful
