Safety Recommendations
Not suitable for dogs under 2 years of age, or senior dogs with structural issues. Most dogs reach full maturity between 18–24 months, and excess strain before this can harm joints and muscle development.
Weight pulling or vest activities must always be closely monitored.
Do not overload the vest or over-exercise your dog during growth or recovery periods.
Never work your dog in extreme heat. Provide water, rest, and shade, and exercise only in the early morning or evening during hot weather.

Weighted Vests should not be used on dogs under 2 years of age. Dogs continue to grow and mature until they are about 2 years old. Adding additional weight to a dog before it is physically mature can lead to joint problems in the dog. To accustom your dog to the Vest you can purchase it at around 1 year or 1.5 year and let your dog wear the vest without the weights.

This vest is an excellent aid for combating obesity in overweight dogs and effectively reducing excess energy in high-drive, active dogs. The Weight Vest serves as the "shell," and the 250g weight ingots are sold separately. The amount of weight required depends on your dog's fitness level and capabilities. We recommend starting with 1 ingot for small dogs or 2 ingots (500g total) for medium to large dogs, gradually increasing the weight over time in small increments. The weight should not exceed 3.5% of you dog's body weight. Avoid overloading the vest and always introduce additional weight carefully to ensure your dog’s safety and comfort.
