Rogue Royalty is committed to producing high-quality products, and we stand behind our workmanship. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of delivery.
Step-by-Step Guide for Manual Returns
1. Ensure the Product is in New Condition
Before returning an item, confirm that it is unused, undamaged, and in new condition.
2. Prepare the Return Package

Carefully package the item, preferably in its original packaging, to prevent damage during shipping.

A clear request: Exchange for another item or refund.

3. Notify Us by Email

The item you're returning.

Whether you want an exchange or a refund.

4. Ship the Item

Return the item at your own cost to the following address:

Ensure the item is shipped within 7 days of receiving it to be eligible for return.
5. Inspection of the Returned Item

Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect its condition to determine eligibility for a return.
6. Return Approval & Invoice Processing

If the return is approved, we will assess any price differences between the exchanged items.

If applicable, we will send an invoice for any additional amount or issue a refund for the difference.
7. Settlement & Shipment of New Item

Once the invoice is settled, we will dispatch the exchanged item.

Due to logistical constraints, the return process may take up to 10 days.
Clearance & Sale Items
No refunds or exchanges are provided for Sale/Clearance items.

Express Courier Service

Express courier applies to orders placed before 10 AM on the previous day.

Same or next-day delivery is not guaranteed outside of NSW and may take longer.
