Manual Return Process

Due to unprecedented challenges worldwide, changes to freight conditions and laws your shipping may be affected by local laws relevant to your country eg experience delays or customs extended withholding periods. These delays are beyond the control of Rogue Royalty and know we do our best to turnaround your order/return in the most efficient manner possible.

RETURNS POLICY

Rogue Royalty produces quality products and we are so confident in our workmanship that if you are not satisfied with the quality, you may return your item within 7 days of delivery.

Steps on how to Exchange a product:

Step-by-Step Guide for Manual Return Process

    1. Ensure Product is in New Condition:
      Before returning the item, confirm that it is still in new condition— unused, and undamaged.

    2. Prepare the Return Package:

      • Carefully package the item, ideally in its original packaging, to prevent damage during shipping.
      • Include a note inside the package with the following details:
        • The item you wish to exchange
        • Clearly mention what you would like to do (e.g., exchange for another item or request a refund)
    3. Email Us:
      In addition to the note inside the package, email us with the same information:

      • The item you're returning
      • Whether you want to exchange it for a different item or request a refund
    4. Post the Item:
      Ship the item back to the following address at your own cost:
      1/49 Blaxland Rd, Campbelltown NSW 2560

    5. Time Frame for Return:
      Ensure the item is posted within seven days from the date you received the product to be eligible for the return.

    6. Inspection of Returned Item:
      Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect its condition to determine if it meets the eligibility criteria for a return.

    7. Return Approval and Invoice:

      • If the return is approved, we will assess if there is any price difference between the returned item and the one you're exchanging for.
      • If there is a price difference, we will send you an invoice for the additional amount or refund you the difference.
    8. Settlement and Shipment of New Item:

      • Once the invoice is settled, we will send you the exchanged item to the address provided.

Please note due to logistic purposes this may delay our returns up to 10 days.

CLEARANCE & SALE ITEMS
No refunds or exchanges are provided on Sale/Clearance items.

SHIPPING
We ship worldwide. We advise to check with local customs legislation for rules, restrictions or tax duties prior to ordering. Custom's or duties may be levied on goods and your order may incur charges depending on factors beyond our control. Rogue Royalty offers shipping insurance to cover for lost deliveries or items damaged in transit.  If shipping insurance is not selected we are unable to compensate or replace uninsured items. It is strongly recommended insurance and/or registered post is selected for a secured and guaranteed delivery. 

EXPRESS COURIER SERVICE
Express courier applies for orders placed before 10am on the previous day.
Same or next day Express services are not guaranteed when shipped to states other than NSW and may take a longer period of time. We are unable to accept responsibility for any courier delays as these circumstances are out of our control.
