We use only premium bridle leather in our products — never PU leather or synthetics. PU leather may look like real leather, but it’s actually made from plastic (polyurethane) layered over fabric, usually polyester. Sometimes it’s mixed with low-grade leather and coated in plastic, which is sold as “bi-cast” or “double-cast” leather.

The difference is simple: PU wears out quickly, cracks, and doesn’t age well. Bridle leather, on the other hand, is strong, durable, and develops a natural patina that only gets better with time. That’s why we choose bridle leather — for quality you can see and feel.

Our luxury dress collars feature handmade designs with rose gold, black plated fittings, beads, crystals, and other embellishments. With heavy use, these collars and fittings may sustain damage, though the collar remains functional. For dogs prone to rough wear, we recommend selecting dark leather collars with solid steel or brass hardware, or collars from our SupaTuff range. Please note, while rose gold and black fittings are double plated, they may scratch or chip over time.

    I bought my puppy, Rambo, the Hand Made Leather Dog Collar - Imperial Blue & Chrome (Slim Fit) due to him and his big brother, Rocky, always play fighting together. Sometimes it can get a little rough around the neck area before we have to separate them. This collar is amazing and protects Rambo’s neck. The studs give an extra layer of protection from Rocky’s teeth. Rocky used to drag him around a little when he had his old fabric collar, but he cannot get under this one as it fits nice and snug. It is padded inside like a cushion, so super comfortable for little Rambo. As you can see from this video….. this collar has given him a little ‘extra confidence’ fending off his big brother! 😂 Not to mention the beautiful blue colour matches Rambo’s eyes perfectly! 💙 Rocky’s new collar to match is now in the mail!     Our boy has sensitive skin and the genuine leather stops the itching/scratching. Many competitors use neoprene in the padding - which irritates his skin. Not this one. My youngest daughter (who owns him) wanted him to have a light blue collar, and this was the nicest light blue leather collar we could find. He looks handsome and is finally comfortable.
